We offer Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution services including negotiation and representation of our clients during arbitration.

Mediation as a form of ADR is now commonly used by clients who would wish to avoid the strenuous and lengthy court processes in dispute resolution.

Our team are well educated and trained to ensure that the full scope of Alternative Dispute Resolution services are available to our clients.

We have successfully conducted mediation sessions in matters relating to Family and Succession as well as Child Maintenance, Co-parenting and Custody cases.
